Guardrail Hot Dipped Galvanizing Line
   
 
The guardrail hot dipped galvanizing line contains the following equipments:
Zinc pot size: 6500*1500*1800mm, with zinc furnace and assist coating furnace;
The design and produce for furnace body, based furnace body, steel structure of furnace body, flue and other parts.
The design and manufacture for burning system, blowing system, control system, and smoke exhausting system.
Installation and test after deliverying.

Guardrail galvanizing furnacePickling, rinsing pool structure:
Pickling and rinsing tank use cast reinforced concrete, inner deposited within fiberglass reinforced plastics three cloth four oil, wall Epoxy grout acid granite sawing board masonry 7cm, water glass mortar clay combined of layer filling. The bottom of the pool water glass mortar clay masonry 10cm acid granite saws board, epoxy resin clay pointing. Pool external wall and the trench cement mortar paste 2 cm, acid-resistant surface and cement mortar paste 7 cm, bear acid-resistant surface and cement mortar paste 10 cm granite sawing board, epoxy resin clay pointing. Used for rust removal and rinsing workpieces which can extend the long life, low vestment and easy maintenance. Acid tank heating: transport heat power to the bottom of acid tank through excess heat by transmitter, which solve effecting production problem acid speed slowly in winter, and can increase more than double the life of acid.

Implementation program: six parts

Process design: The fuel of the hot-dip galvanizing furnace use natural gas. The hot-dip galvanizing furnace use structure form, build below the horizontal plane, around furnace body reserve the burner operating space, both sides of heating zinc furnace install 6 sets automatic gas burner, The hot-dip galvanizing furnace smoke use the down way smoke. Help plating tank hot heating furnace use the high temperature gas to heat exhausting from the hot-dipped galvanizing furnace, between the hot-dip galvanizing furnace and help plating tank heating furnace install flue damper for controlling smoke exhaust and the temperature of help plating tank.
Heating furnace design: Heating galvanized horizontal furnace was built below the horizontal plane, around the furnace body arrange the operating space, the width is 1.3m, around the furnace body arrange the operating platform in order to operate the burner.
Furnace structure: zinc pot size 6500*1500*1800, flue width 348mm, furnace use the structure, install 6 sets burner 45 evenly arranged on both sides, exhaust port use the under smoking.
Furnace side wall structure: Furnace side wall use the standard fire brick as the work face thickness 116mm, insulation use 114mm light Insulation brick, backing cloth thickness 116mm diatom brick, outer furnace use thickness 4mm steel plate welded structure as the furnace outer shell, outer shell use steel to reinforce it.
Burner Selection: use natural gas burner matched with manual valve. Air supply design: Fans: use one set of QY9-19 high-pressure centrifugal fan.
Pipe system is welded by steel tubes in 4mm thickness.
Temperature control design: Set electric temperature measurement point

There is no list edge and zincilate on surface, keeping colory.
Automatic range: Start from taking guardrail out, conveying by feed track, and end by guardrail inspected.
Process including: pool support, guardrail unloading by overhaed crane, guardrail lifting, roller conveying, blowing, unloading, water cooling and lifting, manual inspection, passivating and rinsing.

Automatic range: delivery processed post to drying bench, the automatic hot dipped galvanized machine can finish these following process, such as feeding, forcing down, zinc coating, fetching, zinc sprarying. Then by operation track deliveryed, outside-inside zinc blowing, water cooling, lifting to inspection bench. Enter next process passivating and rinsing by overhead crane.
